Common questions
How does payment work?
Callsheet currently settles bookings by wallet transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll see the platform's wallet address and can mark your payment as sent — our team verifies and confirms it before the booking moves to Paid.
What if the celebrity has to cancel?
On the rare occasion a confirmed booking can't go ahead, you'll be notified immediately and offered a full refund or help rebooking an alternative date or talent.
How far in advance should I book?
Most engagements should be booked six to eight weeks ahead. Weddings, holiday-season dates, and A-list talent often require three months or more of lead time.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Is the price shown the final price?
The listed starting price reflects the base booking fee. Your final total includes any add-ons, a flat travel fee where applicable, the platform service fee, and tax — all itemized before you confirm.
Do you offer virtual or remote appearances?
Yes — most talent on Callsheet offer Virtual Appearance or Video Message booking types for fully remote engagements, with no travel fee attached.
